With over twenty-five years of nursing experience, and advanced degrees in community health, nursing, massage therapy, and diabetes care, I’ve dedicated my life to helping people heal.
My own journey from near-death to vibrant health through a combination of conventional medicine and holistic approaches inspired my passion for personalized wellness. I was eventually able to get off all traditional medications and able to enjoy eating most foods, and life again! I have remained off any medication for over 14 years.
